A Message from Pastor Troy
Thanks for visiting our website.
More than any church I’ve ever attended, New Life CityChurch thrives at developing an authentic community that inspires others to know and follow Jesus. We come from different generations, races, and backgrounds. Some of us have been in church our entire lives and others are just learning what it means to have a relationship with God.
We are imperfect people who are quick to admit we have failed God. At the same time, we are amazed that God Himself has sent Jesus to die for our sins and offer us peace with God by trusting in Jesus alone for our salvation. Wow!
New Life CityChurch is made up of Jesus followers and we exist to deepen our relationship with God, our relationships with each other, and share the hope that can be found in Jesus with Kansas City.
We’d be honored by your visit. We’re not a group of perfect church-goers who have it all together. Instead, we’re a community with our struggles who want to see our lives continually changed by Jesus.

Psalm 90:12 “So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.
We each live in different seasons. Some of us are just starting out. Others are raising kids. Some are chasing dreams. Others are learning to let go or finish well. But no matter what phase we are in, God’s wisdom is available and necessary for us to live out our purpose. This five-week series explores how to approach each season of life through the lens of Scripture and the story of David.
1 Kings 2:1-4 "Don't wait to finish well.”
