Mentorship

About Mentorship

The New Life CityChurch mentoring program is a Christ-centered initiative designed to foster spiritual growth, personal development, and meaningful connections. Guided by our mission to provide a program rooted in biblical discipleship, we pair mentees with spiritually mature mentors to encourage, equip, and empower individuals in their faith journey. Through authentic relationships and accountability, we aim to cultivate growth in character, purpose, and faith, reflecting the love and truth of Jesus Christ. Our program seeks to build a stronger church community by fostering deeper relationships and encouraging a life of discipleship rooted in God’s Word.

For information about the program, please reach out to Jason Bell at jbell@newlifekc.org or Ellen Bell at ebell@newlifekc.org. If you would like to request a mentor, please use this form. The link should be under public forms in CCB.

Jason & Ellen Bell

"I want men to find their place in church through fellowship and mentoring among other Christian men.  Even when we seem to outwardly have it all together, deep inside we’re dealing with difficult struggles.  We might feel we have everything to lose, but in reality, we have everything to gain."
- Jason Bell
"My goal as a mentor is to listen, pray and provide biblical encouragement to other women, offering them wisdom rooted in Scripture.  Being authentic and knowing that I don't have all the answers is important.  I just want to point others to Christ and help them strengthen their relationship with Him.  As the Director of the Women's mentoring program,  my heart is to be there to support and listen to others who also have a heart for mentoring."
