Our Vision
To be empowered by the gospel of Jesus to inspire authenticity, embody bravery, and join in God’s work to transform lives.
Our Mission
To develop an authentic community that inspires people to know and follow Jesus through multiplying churches and ministries.
Our Process
A path for every person to become a disciple-making leader as they Connect, Commit, & Collaborate.
Our Values
Jesus is the Center of All
Living our lives with the growing understanding that Jesus is the Lord of everything and everyone, Jesus is bringing all things to resolution and Jesus desires to live His life through our lives. (John 14:12-17; Romans 14:9; Ephesians 3:14-21; Colossians 1:18).
Authenticity and Grace
We strive to live with humility, integrity, accept God’s undeserved favor and extend undeserved favor to others. We are also trusting in His enabling power (the other side of grace) to live a life pleasing to Him (Romans 5:1-5; 1 Corinthians 6:9-11; 2 Corinthians 2:14-16).
All People Matter
We are God’s artwork. Every person has been made by God (the ultimate Creative), bears His image, has sinned, but can be restored. We are loved by God, can be redeemed by Jesus and indwelled by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 2:8-10; Colossians 1:13-18; 1 Corinthians 6:19).
Unified, Diverse Community
Our community is a group of people that value the Gospel of Jesus and contribute to the cause of the Kingdom of God locally and globally. We come from different backgrounds, different generations, different races, education, experiences and social settings. What matters is that we are adopted children, have the same Father and are in the same family (Rom. 12:3-13; Heb. 10:24-25; Gal. 6:2).
Partnering for Impact
We value communication, respect, and listening. Our Kingdom perspective is bigger than NLCC. We share our influence, resources, and networks with others in collaboration so as to serve God’s vision for His Kingdom (Ephesians 2:19-22; 1 Peter 2:5; Revelation 7:9).
Excellence in stewardship
We manage our resources (money, talents, property, etc. ) to sacrificially serve, develop and accelerate our people, goals, purposes, and opportunities (John 9:4; Ephesians 5:16; 1 Thessalonians 4:1, 10).
Personal development and biblical discipleship
We long to joyful progress in our walk with God. By faith, we trust God to change us from the inside out; spiritually transforming us through the Word, the Spirit, and our fellowship with each other (Matthew 22:37-40; Philippians 1:24-30; Colossians 1:28, 29; 1 Thessalonians 2:8).
Transformation: personal, cultural and city
We trust the redemptive power of the gospel to transform ourselves and our culture. We We take an active part to pray for, send to, give to, and go to the world for the glory of God and good of the lost (Colossians 1:19-20; 2 Timothy 4:2-5; 2 Corinthians 11:8-11; Ephesians 4:4, 11-16).
