Ellen grew up in Kansas but lived in San Diego for the past 25 years. First career was in Fashion Merchandising and Sales. Second career was as a Radiologic Technologist and Manager, 25 years working in San Diego. Married with two daughters. Currently retired and baking for her sister-in-laws coffee shop. Loves to bake, cook, read and nap. Passionate about mentoring young adults and learning more about Jesus. Ellen is a huge foodie and likes to go to restaurants, watch Food Network, meet chefs and read cookbooks. She will try just about any food!
